1. Brand & Production
All pieces are exclusively designed by EMMA and handcrafted in our atelier in Egypt.
We are committed to the highest standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship to ensure a refined luxury product that reflects the identity of our brand.

2. Orders
• Orders require up to 7 business days for preparation before shipping.
• Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
• Custom-made orders require size confirmation and may require additional production time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or payment problems.

3. Shipping
• Domestic shipping within Egypt takes approximately 3–4 business days after preparation.
• International shipping takes approximately 10 business days after preparation.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Return, Exchange & Courier Inspection Policy
Due to the handmade and eveningwear nature of our pieces, we maintain a strict quality protection policy.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Egypt Orders)
• Customers must inspect the item in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.
• If the customer decides not to receive the item, it must be handed back immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Once the returned item is received at our atelier and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.
⚠️ If the customer accepts the order and the courier leaves the location, the order is considered fully accepted and final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted after the courier departs
