Refund policy

At Emma, every piece is carefully handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the nature of our handmade and couture-based production, all orders are considered final once accepted upon delivery.

Policy Details:

• Orders may only be rejected at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
• If the item is not suitable, it must be handed back immediately to the courier at the same delivery moment. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered fully accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
• Custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• In the rare case of a clear manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
• Items must remain unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
